1. Who. The game is provided by Shon Pazarker, an individual, working as Equival ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Using the game. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. The game is free in this version; there are no purchases or ads. If that changes we will tell you first.
3. Who may play. The game is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian first. You need your own Apple or Google account to use those sign-in options.
4. Accounts and progress. You can play as a guest. Sign-in is not offered when your device says you are under 13; an account made before that answer is deleted (see the Privacy Policy). Guest progress is tied to the installation and may be lost if you delete the app or reset your device; sign in to protect it. Keep your own Apple or Google credentials safe. You can delete your account in Settings > Account. We may remove accounts that are used to cheat, attack the service or break the law.
5. What not to do. Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify or resell the game; do not tamper with the game, its servers or other players' experience; do not use bots or automation against the service; do not use it unlawfully. This does not limit rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
6. Our content. The game, its art, sound, levels and code are ours or used with permission. Some art and audio is created with AI tools and edited by us. You may not use our content outside the game without written permission. Trademarks in the game belong to their owners.
7. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy https://jarbake.com/privacy. Statistics and crash reports only run if you allow them.
8. Changes and availability. We may update, pause or end the game or features, for example seasonal content that runs for a limited time. We will try to give notice of material changes. Progress features may change if the game does.
9. No guarantee. The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights you have in your country.
10. Liability. These terms do not limit any liability we have to you under the law.
11. Ending. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you breach them.
12. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, except that mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence still applies to you. You may bring a claim in the courts of Israel or in the courts where you live.
13. Apple. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, support or claims about it, but is a third-party beneficiary of the Apple EULA.
